If you manage a delivery or courier company you will need to create an account with TrackEnsure and register devices you will track with the account.

Monitor and Track in Real-Time

You will be able to monitor your couriers' movement by monitoring registered devices in real time.

Monitor all current deliveriesin a convenient trip monitoring dashboard and see a tracking history of each courier's movement

Plan, Schedule and Control Trips

You will be able to use TrackEnsure to set up routes for each of your deliveries and assign them to your couriers.

Set up zones for your carriers. You can set boundary zones to be alerted if couriers move out of their boundary zone or you can set up exclusion zones to be alerted when certain areas are entered.

  • Alerts: You will be alerted and notified of any deviation from the path, entry into an exlusion zone or delay.
  • Notes and documents can be added to the trips to provide easy document organization.

Analyze Routes

Deliveries will be monitored and recorded to produce data that can be analyzed to improve the efficiency and speed of your deliveries. You will be able to avoid delays by identifying and avoiding high-traffic during peak hours, construction zones, or any areas that seem to consistently delay a trip.

Reminder Zones

Managers will be able to input location-specific reminders for each courier to remind them of something when they reach a certain place

  • The system will notify the courier of passing a location with pre-set messages.

Schedule Exactly when to Track and when to Stop

For each device that is connected to your account, you can assign a schedule to regularly track each device.

This means you can choose to only track on business days and hours and respect privacy during off hours and holidays, even if the TrackEnsure App is left running on the device.

Client Vantage Point

Send a link to your clients to let them observe and track their own deliveries in real-time using TrackEnsure. They will always know exactly when their delivery is nearby.
