Your dispatchers will be able to use TrackEnsure to set up paths for the trips to fulfill your orders.

The dispatcher will be able to pre-set checkpoints and exclusion zones to the trips.

Checkpoints:Allow you to split up the trip into parts and be notified when these points are passed.
Exclusion Zones: Tell your drivers not to enter these areas.
Alerts: Dispatchers will be alerted and notified of any deviation from the path, entry into an exlusion zone or delay.
Notes and documents can be added to the trips to provide easy document organization.

Precise Estimated Time of Arrival

The truck/trailer will be monitored on the trip path in real time and trip progress will be used to precisely estimate time of arrival and update trip status, so it will be quicky and easily visible in the dispatcher’s account.

Messaging

Your dispatchers will also be able to send messages to the truck drivers and receive messages back.

The system will notify the truck driver of passing a checkpoint with pre-set messages.
