See a tracking history for any device connected to your web account.

In the mobile app, you can view where your device is and has been by default or set up a manager’s pin to view all devices connected to your account.

Add Zones to Receive Notifications When Devices Enter Them

Draw zones directly on the map and assign them one of three types to tell the app what to do when a device enters or leaves the zone.

  • Boundary Zones: send a notification to the web account and/or the device when this zone is LEFT
  • Exclusion Zones: alert the web account and/or device if this zone is ENTERED
  • Reminder Zones: send a reminder to a device and/or web account when this zone is ENTERED or LEFT
  • Receive alerts when a device enters or leaves zones

Devices See the Zones You Have Set Up in the TrackEnsure App

Zones are automatically assigned to all devices in your account, but you may select devices to set up zones and reminders spefically for a certain device or devices.

  • Boundary Zones: send a notification to the web account and/or the device when this zone is LEFT

Create and Schedule Trips

Enter start and end locations and select a route to be followed.

Assign trips to devices. Devices will be able to view and begin a trip by entering the trip number you receive when creating the trip.

Control & Monitor Trips with Checkpoints and Zones

  • Add Checkpoints: The web account will show when these points are passed
  • Add Exclusion Zones: An alert will be sent to the web account and/or device if this zone is ENTERED

Easily Monitor the Progress of All your trips

Monitor your trips in the web account easily with TrackEnsure’s easy to read progress bar.

  • ETA: TrackEnsure generates a precise Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on how the trip has gone so far
  • Trip Status: see whether trips are progressing on time, delayed or off track
  • Passed Checkpoints: see which checkpoints have been passed and when they were passed
  • Unpassed Checkpoints: see checkpoints that have not yet been passed
  • Alerts: see if any alerts were triggered during the trip
  • Off Track: see what portions of the trip the device went off route

Schedule exactly when to track and when to stop

    For each device that is connected to your account, you can assign a schedule to regularly track each device.

    This means you can choose to only track on business days and hours and respect privacy during off hours and holidays, even if TrackEnsure App is left running on the device.
