Triggers Service is an automatic notification system for fleet operations. It helps companies monitor important events related to trucks, trailers, and drivers in real time.

The service allows owners, fleet managers, and safety managers to receive automatic alerts about key operational and compliance events, such as entering or leaving geofences, movement start or stop, GPS signal loss, HOS violations, speeding, idling, Power Down, Signal Loss, Harsh Brake, Harsh Acceleration, and other events.

Triggers can be configured for specific groups of trucks, trailers, or drivers using tags. This allows companies to monitor fleet activity without constant manual checking and react faster when an event requires attention.

The service is useful for improving safety control, driver discipline, compliance monitoring, and operational visibility across the fleet.

View Triggers

The View Triggers screen displays the full list of configured triggers.

Users can switch between different trigger types, including Zone Trigger, Movement Trigger, Signal Delay Trigger, Scheduler List, Violation Trigger, Speed Limit Trigger, and Custom Trigger.

The table includes key trigger information such as name, recipients, tags, event type, editable by, expiration date, status, and available actions.

This screen works as the main dashboard for trigger management. Users can review active triggers, check notification recipients, view statistics, edit settings, or deactivate triggers that are no longer needed.
