FMCSA enforcement is getting stricter. Many companies are replacing foreign-licensed drivers with new hires who have little experience with ELD systems — and the logbook errors follow: missing shipping numbers, incorrect duty statuses, wrong Personal Conveyance use, missing PTI records.
Tickets start coming in. Safety Score drops. And no one has time to review every logbook every day.
What the service does:
Every day, our team reviews driver logbooks for HOS violations, shipping numbers, pick up/delivery comments, Personal Conveyance use, PTI records, and custom checks configured with each client.
If there are no errors — we log it and move on. If there are — we contact the driver, explain what went wrong, and follow up the next day. If the driver ignores it, we escalate to the fleet owner. Once a week, the owner gets a full report: errors found, drivers involved, corrections made, and overall compliance trend.
Who it’s for
Companies onboarding new drivers who don’t yet know how to keep a proper logbook
Fleets receiving regular violation tickets
Fleet managers who need visibility but don’t have time to audit logs themselves
Companies with a declining Safety Score
The goal
Not to document that mistakes happened — but to make sure they stop happening. Drivers who get called and explained learn. Error rates drop. That’s what shows up in the weekly report over time.
Track how new drivers perform from their first trip. Identify patterns, provide feedback, and intervene early to prevent repeated violations.
Turn growth into control, not chaos.
